Terms of sale

These terms of sale give a general overview of the conditions for purchasing products and services from ProRemo AS. For each delivery, the terms set out in the quotation, order confirmation and signed agreement also apply – these are binding and take precedence in the event of any discrepancy.
Order and agreement
An agreement is concluded when ProRemo confirms the order in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment terms are set out in the quotation, order confirmation and invoice.
Delivery
Delivery time and terms are agreed per order. Risk for the goods passes to the buyer on delivery according to the agreed delivery term.
Warranty and complaints
Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty. Complaints about faults and defects are handled in accordance with applicable sale-of-goods legislation.
Liability
ProRemo is not liable for indirect losses beyond what follows from mandatory legislation.
Governing law and disputes
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are sought resolved amicably, and otherwise before the ordinary courts.
